oh and our landlord sucks, and yelled at me and my roommates last night after we told him that we wanted real locks on our door (as opposed to the cheap shit we have now) due to the fact that there have been 2 robberies in our building in the past mont (WTF?). he told us that he could charge 2200 for the apartment we have now (which we are assuming is how much he charging next door) and threatened to either kick us out or raise the rent if we ever called him asking him to do his LANDLORD DUTIES again. that lazy fuck.
