DOB Commissioner Robert D. LiMandri Series of Wood Planks being thrown Out 3rd story back windows


No chutes -- no dumpster -- back year garbage dump including a rusted fan.

Bill Lika’s guys are at it again tossing debris from the back windows in to back yard.

Lucky DOB inspectors are never around but do DOB inspectors care the workers’ one exit and entrance is chained shut occasionally and why is that?
