114 North 7th for 4 years at least as been a garbage dump courtesy of Bill Lika slum lord developer and a building that has not been waterproofed, failure to maintain the facade of the Berry St. wall, not certificate of occupancy, no temporary certificate and he has a full house of occupants.

Bill Lika's house worth over a million Staten Island and his ugly white Mercedes and his white SUV are waterproofed!

Oh, Bill Lika got another note as well asking that he stop trespassing on his neighbor's property and damaging the wall so you might understand why Bill Lika is considered the neighbor from hell by some folks.

I wonder what his neighbors in Staten Island think.   We hear he lives in a ritzy area where the scummy things he does in Brooklyn to his neighbors and tenants are not tolerated?
