Does Bill Lika have special friends at Dept. of Building?
We think so. He has yet to waterproof that pathetic piece of garbage posing as a building that looks like it was built in a third world country.
Well Bill Lika did have his immigrant workers chained and padlocked in to the construction site. There is only one entrance and exit and good old Bill Lika slum lord chronically had the one and only door chained.
Dept of Building has no problem with that, the lack of use of safety harnesses, the garbage dump out back for four years, Bill’s inability to secure debris and other items from the rooftop to each floor where the window areas were wide open during Hurricane Irene which luckily did not hit hard or Bill Lika may have killed his neighbors again he did not have any immigrant workers die on his construction site despite his lack of respect for humanity and his neighbors.....
so do we think that someone at Dept of Building is on the take?
