My apartment was flooding for months and he did nothing to fix it. Mold then also began to grow and he "fixed" it a few times, but it just kept coming back. He was also never available and would never answer the phone, but only respond to texts (and usually it would be 12 hours after it was sent...which wasn't very helpful when my apartment was flooding). He is a slumlord.
